Vinod Kanwal “I feel pleased to have booked a flat at Proview Laboni, Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. I was searching a suitable project since long. I visited various sites at NOIDA Extn. and Crossing Republik. Being, a Senior Company Secretary who is closely associated with legal profession as well, I wanted a project where I may not feel suffocation on signing the application form and/or the Flat Buyer Agreement. Whereever possible, I went through the documents, application forms and the Flat Buyer Agreement of the Builders at NOIDA Extn. and Crossing Republik and was not satisfied with their approach. There was lot of difference in what they say and what is written on their documents for which they had no justification at all. Time has changed. It is no more a Sellers Market. Builders will have to take care of the buyers/investors requirements for long-term survival in the market. At Proview Laboni, I found that the Company was alive and sensitive to the buyers needs. Management and staff here are courteous and think out of the box. Their approach seems to be justifiable, and they are capable of delivering what they promise.
